L’Onction Friandises, (French for anointing sweet treats) is a luxurious catering service company that transforms the taste of ethnic and traditional Caribbean foods, pastries and desserts with hints of Caribbean herbs, spices and fruits bringing out bursts of unique and aromatic flavours. We believe food must have uniqueness and flair. Our passion drives excellence, our excellence a perfection that is infused in our customers' every sensory appeal ; the sight of our dishes, the aroma and appetizing bites, which creates euphoric moments they want to have again and again.

Originating from the twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, known for its diversification and variety of cuisines, Kinia Johnson found a love for food and experiences from her family, who has a passion for food and loves social gatherings. Hailing from the eastern village in the countryside, Speyside, Tobago, it's mandatory to participate in food preparation at home and serving guests. She reflects on keen exposures from her childhood, like the traditional Harvest festival. This is celebrated by villages across the island annually. Residents can be seen waking at the crack of dawn, cooking exotic meats over a fireside to serve hundreds of persons who come to their homes. It is the combination of events and familial upbringing that was the catalyst for the formalization of L'onction Friandises...
